What are the Qualities of a True Leader?

This is a great quote from Karen Scholl, an accomplished horsewoman who teaches women about leadership, trust and confidence through horsemanship.  Karen spent ten years as a corporate trainer for Intel, has taught Parelli Natural Horsemanship for years (she was president for six years), and now travels extensively sharing her knowledge.
