Sizing your EasySoaker!

EasyCare recommends sizing up when purchasing an EasySoaker.  Sizing up one to two sizes allows extra space for bandages and liquids to be used inside the boot.  In addition, a larger size makes application and removal quicker and easier.  The EasySoakers are available in six sizes, small to XXX large!

Dome Pads are Here!

We are in the process of producing dome shaped comfort pads that fit inside Easyboots, Epics, Bares and Grips.  They have been in testing for quite some time, with some amazing results.  Unlike our flat comfort pads, the dome pad lends more support to the inner frog and sole areas for horses that have sufficient concavity in the foot. (These pads are not for flat footed horses.)  If a customer is in doubt about which pad to buy and you are unfamiliar with their various uses, you should continue to steer your customers to our flat comfort pads which are versatile for both riding and therapy. 

We currently have medium size dome pads in stock.  They fit into the size 1 and 2 boots.

We will be getting large and small dome pads in the next eight to ten weeks.  We are not currently making them for the Boa, Old Mac's or Soaker lines.  For more information please give us a call at 1-800-447-8836.

Dome Pads Will Be Added to EasyCare's Product Line!

For the past few months EasyCare customers and dealers have been testing the Dome Pads, and providing us with great feedback on them.  The pads have been very well received! 

Good news! The New Dome Pads will soon be part of EasyCare's Comfort Pad product line! The pads will be available to our dealers very soon!  Watch for further details!

Below you will find our End User Return Policy.  This policy lets your customers know that we stand behind our products, and if they have any warranty issues they need to contact us directly.  Please provide our toll free number (800-447-8836) and advise the customer to give us a call.  Have your staff familiarize themselves with our policies.

Customer wants their money back?  Each retail store is encouraged to make their own Return Policy known to their customers.  EasyCare's policy states that if you should decide to return the products they must be in new, unused condition, free of dirt and wear marks.  Click on the link below for more information.

As EasyCare's product line grows to accommodate different horse owner’s needs.  It is important that dealers have the tools they need to help their customer select the proper boots.  We have a "which boot is right for you?" area our or website, and if you click here you can view and print this chart to keep handy.  Check the EasyCare website regularly, as it is updated frequently.

EasySoaker/Dome Pad Promotion

EasyCare will be including a free pair of dome shaped Comfort Pads with each pair of EasySoaker boots purchased, while supplies last.  These pads are designed to add comfort and support to the hoof while a horse is wearing boots.  They will be automatically included in your purchase.

 These pads are currently not available for retail sale and are still in the testing phase.  We have received a lot of good feedback from users.   We want you to give these to your customers to use as they like.  They can use them in their EasySoakers, Epics or any other EasyCare hoof boot.  Heck they can even put them in their back pocket and add a little padding -- we won't tell and they'll save thousands over the cost of surgery. 

EasySoakers are useful for many things besides for a horse with a hoof problem.  Here are some additional uses for them:

1. Soaking to add moisture to dried hooves.
2. Soaking to make the trimmers job easier if the hooves are dry and rock hard.
3. Soaking in warm water and using with or without pads to assist in the barefoot transition process.
4. Soaking in warm water and using with or without pads to make a good hoof even better!

Please use the pads so that the concave (dome) part of the pad fits into the concave area on your horses hoof.   

EasyCare recommends sizing up when purchasing an EasySoaker.  Sizing up one to two sizes allows extra space for the dome shaped Comfort Pads (or any type of Comfort Pad), or bandages and liquids to be used inside the boot.  In addition, a larger size makes application and removal quicker and easier.  Since the dome shaped Comfort Pads are still in testing, they are only available in one size and will fit up to size XL in the EasySoaker boot.  Customers who wish to provide padding in a XXL or XXXL size EasySoaker may wish to purchase regular EasyCare Comfort pads in 6 or 12 mm in size large. 

Disclaimer:  These pads are a test product only and EasyCare assumes no liability for problems caused by their use or misuse.  If your horse is flat footed you should be very careful about using these pads.  Please discontinue use immediately should any problems occur.

2007 PRODUCT HAS ARRIVED!

We just received a large shipment of all new EasyCare products for 2007.  One of EasyCare's main goals for the year is to carry larger levels of inventory and stay out of "Back Order Situations".  Chris Freeman processes all back orders and has a new bat that will be used on EasyCare owner, Garrett Ford if we go into "Back Order Situations". We have strong inventory of all product except for the new Comfort Pad System and the EasyUp Buckle.  Both of these new products will be here in a couple weeks.  We have inventory of all EasyCare Hoof Boots.  New style Easyboots, New style Epics, New Style Bares, New Grips, Old Mac's G1, Old Mac's G2 and EasySoakers.

Soakers are Here!

Good News, EasySoakers arrived this morning.  Get your orders in and we will ship them out ASAP.

Soaker Sizing

When ordering Soakers the most popular sizes will be medium and large.  These two sizes fit most light horses.  A medium will fit snugly over a size two shoe, so some customers may want a size large, depending on the application.  EasyCare makes Soakers in sizes small to XXXL (length up to 7 3/4").

Soakers are used for many other reasons other than soaking feet, including poulticing and keeping bandages dry. 

Most people pick up a soaker and look at the bottom to see if it looks like it will fit their horse.  What is more important is whether or not the foot will fit through the top hole!  Customers should open the boot up at the top before it leaves the store and determine if the sizing looks correct, especially if the foot will be wrapped. 

If you are ordering and are a few boots short of your quantity discount, soakers are a great item to add.  They are inexpensive and, depending on your discount, often pay for themselves.
