Below you will find our End User Return Policy.  This policy lets your customers know that we stand behind our products, and if they have any warranty issues they need to contact us directly.  Please provide our toll free number (800-447-8836) and advise the customer to give us a call.  Have your staff familiarize themselves with our policies.

Customer wants their money back?  Each retail store is encouraged to make their own Return Policy known to their customers.  EasyCare's policy states that if you should decide to return the products they must be in new, unused condition, free of dirt and wear marks.  Click on the link below for more information.

New Online Catalog

EasyCare has launched a new interactive online catalog check it out, its pretty cool.

Old Mac's Horse Boots

We still get several requests a month for boots that will fit wide feet.  Although more horses have feet that are longer than wide, some horses have feet that are wider than long.  As a general rule the Old Mac's Original G1 is the best boot for wide feet. 

In the photo below the G2 is on the left and G1 on the right.  It's easy to see the wide shape of the G1.

Please make a note that EasyCare, Inc. will continue to manufacture both styles, and that they are both available for you to order and stock for your customers.

Unrivaled Traction 

The Easyboot Grip is essentially the Easyboot Epic with an aggressive sole and traction tread pattern. The Easyboot Grip is ideal for the barefoot horse ridden in soft muddy conditions or wet grass and snow surfaces. The aggressive traction pattern provides better grip on these surfaces but should never be used on dry surfaces or hard surfaces. The Grip should be used in soft soil conditions or soft wet grass and snow surfaces only! Although the Easyboot Grip provides increased traction in slippery conditions, riding horses in wet, muddy and soft conditions is dangerous and should be done at your own risk.

Back orders for June/July 06

As many of you know, we have been selling Bares faster that we can get them in, thus a back order situation.  Many other items are also on back order, so I thought it would be useful for you to know when inventory is scheduled to ship from our office.  Keep in mind that the dates are not in stone, that anything can happen (the container can be delayed due to weather, the boots can be held up in customs, etc.)  Please view these dates as rough estimates and keep in mind that you don't want to over-promise and under-deliver when talking to your customers about arrival dates. 

Scheduled dates to ship from the EasyCare office:

July 15th: Stirrups

July 17: Bares, Easyboots, Comfort Pads and Epics (except for "0" Epics which will arrive later in the month)
