Sound Advice!

Here is a tip from a customer on changing the Boa Lace:

"Just wanted to tell you that one of the laces on my Boa's broke today, and I fixed it this evening with the little kit I bought. When replacing the wire one side would feed through fairly easily but I had a heck of a time with the other one, and now that I'm done I remember it was also hard to pull out, I think it had sand in it.  So, I used a small paper clip and pushed it through with pliers...that worked great and after that could slide the wire through with no trouble. Just wanted to give that little tip in case it would help any one else.
