I admire what you are doing for this horse to help him recover. I know it's not an easy project to take on. However, I am definately no expert, but by watching your video, and researching tons of information, I can see where your problem is........get him off that grass! Put him on a dry lot and give him hay.
If he was on the grass only for the purpose of the video, I appologize for the comment.
