My cables break constantly. I have the Easy Boot Epics purchased in July '07. Any suggestions?

Karen

Hi Elizabeth: Contact the dealer that you purchased the boots from, or EasyCare customer service: admin@easycareinc.com If the cables broke under warranty they will replace them for you.

I'm sorry you've had problems with your cables breaking! Karen

My horse is wearing his epics on the tightest fitting. Sometimes I can put the lever down to the middle position but usually it is in the 3rd (tightest) position. The cable is in the two notches at the top so I think I cannot get any tighter. The boots are stayiing on but I haven't done real aggressive riding with them yet. I cannot go down in size. My question is do I need a different buckle system so I can adjust a little tighter if need be. They are working fine right now but I would like a little leeway in the adjustment.

If I have trimmed the domed pads evenly all the way around for a size 2 Epic, is it OK to still use them? Because after I trimmed them I read that they should of been trimmed with the toes matching up so most of the trimming comes off the back.
