Occasionally customers find themselves with a boot that needs repair. We ask that they contact us so that we can determine whether the item is under warranty, or if it can be repaired, and to get a Return Merchandise Authorization number. If under warranty the item will be repaired or replaced and returned to the customer at no charge. If the item is out of warranty the customer has two options. They can either order the repair parts and repair the boot themselves, or they can send them in to us for a minimal repair cost (parts, labor and shipping). Any item that is being sent in to us, whether for repair, inspection or replacement, must have a Return Merchandise Authorization number and must be clean! Items returned to us that are not clean will be either returned to customer at their cost or the customer will be charged a $10.00 cleaning fee.
