Here is a photo of my 13hh gelding Cocoa in his Bares (with EasyUp buckles) in the paddock. He had stepped on a stick which penetrated very deep into the central sulcus of one of his front hooves. He wore the boots with pads for protection and therapy nearly 24 hours a day for a week! I removed the Gaiters so he wouldn't tear them off with his teeth, but the boots still stayed on very well without them. His Bares helped him get through this painful injury much more comfortably and quickly and without infection.

Update:
Here is a picture of my little gelding and best buddy, Cocoa, wearing his Easyboot Bares with Up-Buckles and Dome Pads. We are riding on our local paved and gravel roads in these pix. Cocoa sure does love his boots! He wears them for protection, comfort, and stimulation/therapy.
