Wonderful reading all your posts! What a great movement this is and thanks to EC getting bigger and bigger.
I am a natural trimmer with a small practice of both trimming horses and teaching owners to trim. By necessity I have become more holistic and also promote any dentist trained by Spencer LaFlure, The Tooth Fairy, free back and saddle evaluations by Balance Saddles International, at least one session of body work after a few trims, turnout and low sugar diet, and riding or lunging with a little contact. One client, a 20+ something appaloosa appendix, has gone from ragged looking to a young **Star** in the span of one year. Will try to publish his story.
My own rescued OTTB has experienced the same transformation. After 1.5 years of rehab and 1 year of hacking out, Sunny and I are now at “dressage school” with Peter Hansen in Chadds Ford, Pa
Sunny is turned out with two of Peter’s baby Hanoverians and one lesson horse, 24/7, all barefoot, no blankets. We call them the hippy herd. Of course the boarders think I am nuts! LOL
Looking forward to hearing more about what you all are doing…. Dawn
It has been a long time since I have posted here, and seems like its been that way for most Team members! I hope now that the TEAM is being revived that we will again start to interact and enjoy the benefits of being an Easy Boot Team member and Easy Boot Inc supporter and promoter.
I haven't heard yet since "reapplying" a week or more ago on a website, so here's hoping we hear soon and can get active again! Barb Fenwick
