Hi everyone - I just returned home from the WESA tradeshow in Denver, CO. I am quite a bit behind on my email as well as the blog posts here. I'll do my best in the next couple of days to catch up and answer all of your questions.
Keep letting me know if you would like to receive one of the Team Easyboot full color banners. The banners are 2.25' high x 4' wide and have grommets for hanging. Send me an email and let me know that you'd like one, and please include your shipping address as well as an update on your t-shirt and hoof boot (Easyboot) sizing for your horses. That way we'll know what is most recent as several of you have changed horses or their hooves have changed sizes since you applied for Team Easyboot. We want to make sure that we have the most current information on you.
Also in the works - the shirts have been delivered, we're still waiting on the hats, the stickers and decals, EasyCare hoof picks (these are awesome!), the Easyboot saddle bags and the banners to arrive. We are also working on online website feedback forms so that once you receive products to use and test you will be able to submit that information to us online. That will help speed things up in the R&D process so that we can review that information easier, and act on it. We are working on several new products that we are really excited about and will need your help to make sure that each item is released only after it has been thoroughly tested and meets with your approval! It won't be easy, but we know that it is important to listen to each of you and work to create products that are user and horse friendly.
If you are a TE member and have not already introduced yourself, please do so! If you need additional help with that, please email me or my assistant Tara, and we do our best to help you. If you are reading this and would like to become a TE member, you can access the application forms here. Don't be discouraged if you applied and were not chosen. I would like to expand the program over time but for now having 100 members is enough to keep us plenty busy. Karen
