Team Easyboot Events

Hi Everyone - I have started a new Team Easyboot event calendar in google calendar.  I am going to post it below and will also add it to the teameasyboot.com website page.  We will add each Team Easyboot member to it today so that they can post their upcoming events, ride schedules, clinic information and such.   This calendar can also be viewed at this link here. 

Upcoming Events

Hi everyone - for those of you that are going to be attending the EMS endurance ride, AANHCP Symposium, or AERC Convention I will be able to bring some of your Team Easyboot items for you.  We have the shirts, hats, stickers and banners now and are still waiting for a few additional items to come in. Once those do arrive we will get them sent out to everybody else ASAP.  If you know you will be attending another event and would like to get the items we already have sooner, let me know.  Thanks for your patience!  Is anybody out there still having difficulty posting to this blog?  If you are, contact Karen, or Tara and we'll try our best to help you.

I've been riding horses all my life. I got started in endurance in  1984.  My first ride was the Tevis Cup, a one day 100.  In the early 90's I started using Easyboots on my horses and now use them on barefoot horses.  I've ridden at least 30,000 miles in competition in the boots. That doesn't include training miles which is also a lot.  We tried the new Edge boot at Death Valley for four days and I thought they worked great and the boots themselves had no problems holding up on that rough trail.  They were easy to get on and off, the hose clamp really worked great.  If anybody needs help with their boots at a ride, come and see me.  Dave Rabe, Carson City, Nevada

Beyond that we'll see, we have a 2 day and a multi day to think about.:-) I want to do some horse camping in the mountains and a few other things that just involves me - horse - friends - wilderness - wildlife without a whisper of points, miles, competition. :-) Karen B

Team Easyboot Endurance and NATRC Riders

Can those of you who are planning on attending any upcoming endurance or NATRC events email and/or post to the TE blog your schedule for the next couple of rides that you plan on attending?  Posting to the blog will be good so that others can see which of you will be attending which rides - be sure to include the region and location.  There is a category that I added called "Event Schedule" (and also "Endurance Ride") that you can assign those posts to.

I'd like to get items sent to you that are specific to endurance ride type events.

We are working on getting a few items together for each TE member and will get those things out to everybody in the next few weeks.
